1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Custom Orders

Custom-made or personalised jewellery may require additional production time of 2-3 weeks, depending on the design.
These items will ship once completed.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

3. Order Tracking

6. Incorrect Addresses

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your order is lost in transit:

Replacements or refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Provide your order number and photos of the damage
    We will arrange a replacement or solution according to our Refund Policy.

9. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability.
