Custom Orders

Custom-made, personalised, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Earrings

For hygiene and safety reasons, used earrings cannot be returned.

Earrings removed from their sealed packaging are considered used.
Damaged Items

Items that are damaged after delivery or show signs of misuse cannot be returned.

Only items that arrive damaged or faulty are eligible for review (see Section 6).
3. Return Process
To request a return:

Items must be shipped back in secure, original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, except in cases of store error.

Custom orders and used earrings cannot be exchanged.
